Privacy Policy

When you use the Home Finder, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about location, priorities, budget range, timeline and whether you are working with a Realtor.

We also record basic technical and attribution information with each submission — the page you were on, the website or campaign that referred you, and the date and time — and may collect aggregate usage information about how the site is used.

To respond to your request, follow up with communities, homesites and next steps that fit what you told us, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use the information to make automated decisions about you.

If you check the consent box on the Home Finder, you agree to be contacted by phone, text message and email about homebuilding options. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text, or ask us to stop calling or emailing, at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. Information you submit may be shared with Our Country Homes and its team as needed to respond to you and to serve you as a buyer.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also stores form submissions on our behalf. We may use analytics tools to understand site traffic. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop being contacted, by contacting Lorenzo through the Home Finder on this site and noting your request.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
