The Home Finder

A few questions. A clearer starting point.

Answer six short questions and Lorenzo will follow up with the communities, homesites and next steps that actually fit what you're looking for.

Before You Compare Builders

The advertised price isn't the entire house.

Base price and cost-per-square-foot tell you almost nothing about what actually ends up in the home you move into. A real comparison looks at the full picture — the lot, the structure, the finishes, and how the contract itself is built.

Compare the complete home. Not just the number.

Custom, From the Start

A custom home shouldn't start with a list of limitations.

Your homesite, your architecture, your lifestyle and your priorities should shape the home — not the other way around. That's the order we build in.

01

Homesite

Start with the land — orientation, views, privacy and how it wants to be built on.

02

Design

Shape the architecture and floor plan around how you actually live.

03

Specifications

Choose the structure, finishes and details with full visibility into what they cost.

Lorenzo Iocchi

New Home Sales Consultant · Our Country Homes

About Lorenzo

Building a home should feel like the best part of the process — not the most stressful.

I'm Lorenzo Iocchi, a New Home Sales Consultant with Our Country Homes here in North Texas. My job is simple to say and hard to do well: connect the right people with the right homesite and the right home, then make every step from the first conversation to closing day clear, calm and personal.

I came to new homes from hospitality management, where the job was making sure every guest had a great experience — down to the details nobody notices until they're missing. Running a restaurant teaches you systems, follow-through and how to take care of people. I bring that same standard to building a home: you always know what's next, who's handling it, and what it costs.

Two ways to build

01

Design your dream home

Start from a blank page. We'll work through how you actually live — the kitchen you cook in, the rooms you gather in, the outdoor space you want — and turn it into a fully custom home designed around your family and your homesite.

  • Fully custom floor plan
  • Architectural design guidance
  • Built for your homesite

02

Choose a luxury signature plan

Start from a proven, refined plan and make it yours. Signature plans give you a faster, more predictable path with the same craftsmanship — then you personalize finishes, layout options and selections so it never feels off-the-shelf.

  • Proven luxury layouts
  • Personalized selections
  • Clearer timeline & pricing

What working with me looks like

01

One point of contact

From your first question through closing, you work with me — not a phone tree.

02

The complete numbers, early

Homesite, lot premium, structure, finishes and allowances — laid out before you commit, so there are no surprises.

03

Guidance through every step

Selections, design meetings, construction milestones and walkthroughs — I keep you informed and prepared at every stage.

04

A partner for your Realtor

If you're working with an agent, I keep them in the loop and make their job easier, too.

Whether you're picturing a golf-course homesite at The Bridges, an acre-plus lot in Enchanted Creek, or land you already own, my goal is the same: help you build the home you'll want to stay in for a long time — and enjoy getting there.
